Congratulating to 15 year old St. Stephen’s parishioner Tomas Garcia for winning Anoka Knights of Columbus Catholic Citizenship essay contest.  Tomas wrote a 750 word essay on how the Garcia family puts it Catholic Faith in Action. Tomas’s essay is now entered into the state competition.
